Vogue Teen Weekend Online Event

Members of the British Vogue team will join the Vogue Teen Weekend Online Event that will take place on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th October via Zoom and is open globally to 15-17 year olds. 

 

This autumn’s Vogue Teen Weekend will see members of the British Vogue team as well as Teen Vogue US’ Editor-in-Chief, Lindsay Peoples Wagner take the mic to talk all things fashion related and give participants an insight into what it’s like to work at Vogue as well as how they got to where they are. 

Alongside our Vogue & Condé Nast industry speakers, participants will also have the opportunity to carry out workshops with the Condé Nast College academics and industry professionals.

  • Twiggy Jalloh – Beauty & Lifestyle Editor for British Vogue
  • Alyson Lowe – Head of Audience Engagement for British Vogue
  • Naomi Pike – Editor of Miss Vogue 
  • Lindsay People’s Wagner, Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue
  • Milly Tritton – Editorial Development, Condé Nast

Industry talks & workshops

 

Vogue Teen Weekenders will also hear from the vivacious model and activist, Jessica Megan who will be talking all things body confidence and sharing her experiences as a content creator and influencer. 

 

Leading Art Director Fiona Hayes will be talking about where ideas come from to help inspire participants for their workshops. 

 

Timothy Rennie, Art Director and lecturer will be demonstrating how to create Still Life photography at home.

 

Fashion Photographer, Christina Fragkou, and stylist and art director, Siobhan Lyons, will be lifting the lid on the evolution of fashion looking at the language and ethics involved in fashion communication followed by a live workshop to promote conversation around changing fashion communication for the better. 

 

Workshops during the weekend will focus on photography and designing your very own Vogue magazine cover, but we won’t say too much more as it will spoil the surprise!
