A non-refundable deposit of £1,200 towards your course fees must be paid to secure your place on the course. We advise all applicants to pay the deposit soon after receiving their offer letter to avoid disappointment, as places fill up quickly.

The balance of your course fees must be paid in full at the latest, six weeks before the course starts. (Students on the MA degree, BA degree, Vogue Fashion Diploma, and Foundation Programme are welcome to pay the tuition balance – less the non-refundable deposit – in instalments, the outline of these payment dates will be sent to you with your first invoice.) Your unconditional acceptance letter confirming your enrolment on the course will not be issued until full payment of course fees (or the first instalment, if applicable) has been received. Course fees include VAT. Applicants should be aware that they will be unable to start the course, even if they have paid their deposit unless the required fees are paid in full.

One-week courses & Vogue Teen Weekend:

In order to complete your booking, you must pay the tuition fee in full, via the online payment system. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions, and your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received. The course fee is inclusive of VAT.

If you wish to withdraw from your course, your request should be made in writing.

MA Fashion Media Practice, MA Fashion Communication, MA Entrepreneurship, BA (Hons) Fashion Communication, Vogue Foundation Programme, Vogue Fashion Certificate, Vogue Intensive Summer Course:

If your written request to withdraw is received more than six weeks before the start of the course, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs within the first week of the commencement date of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs at any time thereafter, no part of the course fee will be refunded.

Should any prospective international student's Visa application be refused for any reason, the College will refund the fees paid (less any deposit) only if all compliance checks have been satisfactorily completed. These compliance checks are communicated to all prospective international students as part of their application process (CAS Student Checklist).

The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Note: if you are paying in instalments (MA, BA, Diploma, and Foundation only), the same policy applies in regards to term payments and the start of each term. Each instalment payment is due six weeks prior to the start of each term. If your written request to withdraw is received more than six weeks before the start of the term, you will be entitled to a full refund (or if you have not paid, you are not liable to pay the fee for the upcoming term). Thereafter you will be entitled to an 80% refund of the course fee if cancellation occurs up to the start of the term (or you are liable to pay 20% of the term fee if you have not paid yet). If cancellation occurs within the first week of the term, 50% of the term fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs at any time thereafter, no part of the term fee will be refunded.

One-week courses and Vogue Teen Weekend:

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of booking and making the payment in accordance with our terms and conditions. Thereafter, you are not entitled to a refund.

All Courses:

Non-attendance due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, does not entitle any student or prospective student to refunds or transfer.

Deferred entry is normally only allowed in exceptional circumstances, and is not permitted for students on the Vogue Intensive Summer Course, the one-week courses, or the Vogue Teen Weekend. For all other courses, please contact us before you submit your application if you are considering applying for deferred entry. We permit accepted students (who have been approved for deferred entry) to defer a maximum of two times, and it must be for a course that starts within a year from the time of the original course.

Minimum Age Requirements

For all courses (apart from the Vogue Teen Weekend) we cannot accept applications from students who will not be 18 years of age by the start of their course. By submitting your application you agree that you will be 18 by the start of the course. If this proves to be incorrect we may terminate our agreement with you and you will not be entitled to a refund.

For the Vogue Teen Weekend, students must be 16 or 17 years for the duration of the course. All attendees must provide a formal, recognised form of photographic ID (Preferably a passport – please get in touch beforehand if you have any queries about which identification will be accepted) on arrival at the college on day one. If your date of birth cannot be verified you will not be able to participate in the course until you can produce sufficient ID. If you cannot prove yourself to be 16 or 17 years old we will terminate our agreement with you and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Visas for Studying in the UK

If you do not hold a UK/EU/EEA passport, you will need to obtain a visa that allows you to study here in order to take one of our courses. For information please see the Home Office website.

It is your responsibility to determine how far in advance you need to apply for a visa and to allow for enough time to obtain a visa. You will not be permitted to start the course if you do not have a visa that allows you to study, and in such instance, will not be eligible for any refund of your course fees. We may be able to defer you to a later course, though there is no guarantee.

Before we can issue your unconditional acceptance letter and confirm your place on the course, you will need to send in a scan of your passport and visa to the Admissions team, so we have copies of your documents for our records. On arrival at the Condé Nast College, you will need to present your passport and visa to reception for us to double-check with the scan we have on file.

Please ensure that your place on the course is confirmed before making any travel and accommodation arrangements.

Non-UK/EEA students are required to have adequate health, accident, disability, and hospitalisation insurance to cover themselves during their time at the College.

Students recognise and accept that no part of the course fee goes toward payment of such insurance and that the College has no obligation to provide such insurance.

Cancellation & Charges

The College reserves the right to cancel any courses prior to the commencement of the course at its discretion if the number of members enrolled on the course, or other unexpected circumstances might (in the opinion of the College) compromise the standards pursued by the College. The communication of any such cancellation will be given at least one month (30 days) before the scheduled commencement of the course without any liability on the part of the College, save that any course fees already paid will be entirely refunded.

Courses are organised according to the schedules, dates, and programmes established by the College direction from time-to-time. The College reserves the right, at any time, to amend any aspect of the courses as it may be necessary.

Appeals Procedure for Rejected Applications

The Condé Nast College Admissions Panel reserves the right to reject an application if they deem the student is unsuitable for admission on to a particular course. Individuals whose application has been rejected are welcome to appeal by formally writing to the Admissions Panel and requesting that their application be re-reviewed. A second Admissions Panel (consisting of other members of the Admissions team and senior academic staff) will then review the application for a second time and come to a decision. Students who have been rejected are permitted to apply for other courses, but they are only permitted to appeal their application for any single course once.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognise that other students also require support and assistance.

If a student becomes persistently disruptive, we reserve the right to issue a verbal or written warning and, if this does not resolve the situation, we may, at our discretion, require the student to leave the course. In such circumstances, no refund of any course fees will be due.

By enrolling in any course offered by the College, students agree to comply fully with the disciplinary rules of the College. In addition to compliance with the disciplinary rules of the College, we require that students maintain a good attendance record, a rigorous respect for the schedule of lessons and a responsible attitude towards the College staff and facilities. Failure to adhere fully to these rules may result in disciplinary measures being taken against the offending student.

Students understand that should they have legal or medical problems while they are enrolled at the College, they will attend to the matter personally and with their own funds. They accept that the College will not provide any personal or financial assistance.

Conditional Acceptance

A student’s place will be subject to the student meeting any offer conditions that the College shall notify to the student in writing such as obtaining particular qualifications and/or satisfying all necessary legal and other requirements to study in the United Kingdom on the chosen course (for example in relation to health checks and immigration clearance).

Force Majeure

The College shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any of their obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond their reasonable control including, but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving our workforce or the workforce of any other party), acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, epidemics or other outbreaks of disease or infection, failure in the public supply of electricity, heating, lighting, air conditioning or telecommunications equipment.
