Kait Dawson, MA Fashion Media Practice – Creative Direction, 2018-2019

From the moment I first walked in the doors, I knew Conde Nast College was the perfect place for me to not only advance my career, but become the person I wanted to be. The entire attitude within the college can be felt in the energy of the students and instructors as a joy for fashion and excitement to be there.

The Creative Direction pathway  is unparalleled for graduate programs because of its rigor, depth, and industry-focus. The projects have pushed me creatively and academically and given me new skills in several fields and softwares, and added the depth of theoretical underpinning to my creative work. You will graduate this program with the confidence, knowledge, and expertise to enter the industry, feeling well-versed in the bigger picture that fashion takes place in; with a portfolio unique to your interests and mediums within the field of creative direction.

The opportunity to collaborate and learn from industry experts, and attend weekly lectures from a diverse range of careers – due to the college’s placement in the heart of where everything is happening –  has opened my eyes to the numerous avenues that my new skills can take me.
