Ruth Butah

Visiting Lecturer

Ruth teaches PR and Communication and has extensive industry experience, having been employed by some of the biggest names in fashion, including Puma, Adidas, Barbour, Chopard and Juicy Couture.

Ruth also worked at Dolce & Gabbana, where she held the role of Celebrity Endorsements and PR Manager. Most recently she has been providing her PR and marketing communication experience to the luxury boutique hotel Blakes in London.

She is has embarked on her postgraduate certification in Higher Education, specialising in inclusive teaching and learning. This area explores the evolving role of the lecturer and their relationship with the multi-dimensional classroom, tackling topics of race, faith, gender, greater inequalities, greater minorities and non-binary titles to name a few.
