It might be WFH for the foreseeable but why not get ahead in the fashion industry and expand your skillsets? At the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design we’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our curriculum with two brand new online courses launching in January 2021.

 

Digital Content Creation

Do you want to learn how to maximise your user reach and create a streamlined brand identity online?

This six-week online short course is designed for anyone with an interest in, and fascination for the creation of exciting, engaging digital content. This course explores the relationship between content creation, influencer marketing and digital production, developing your visual communication skills through social media, blogging and podcasting, to enhance audience reach.

Students will have the opportunity to listen to guest speakers including Alexis Jourrou, Global Head of Social at Condé Nast and Hannah Springett, Senior Product Designer at Condé Nast.

This novel online course requires no academic prerequisites; designed for anyone striving to broaden their understanding of online content creation and how fashion is communicated through digital storytelling, learning from academics and experts from within the fashion industry.

Creative Direction

Are you looking to enhance your content creation style, technique, and suitability to varying audiences?

This course provides an introduction to the principles of Creative Direction as a profession, uncovering insights into how fashion design or brand vision is created, conceptualised, planned, and successfully executed. Spanning the different career trajectories from Brand Director to Art Director, this six-week course taps into the process behind producing effective visual communication.

Students will learn how to explore their own vision, from defining brand language, building a team to managing collaboration. With around 6-7 hours of online learning each week, the course can be accessed at any time and at your own pace, with three live events per week scheduled to accommodate all time zones.

This course requires no previous academic training or experience; it is designed for anyone wishing to broaden their knowledge of how fashion is communicated and those wanting to explore an exciting and innovative way of learning from academics and experts from within the fashion industry.
