Wendy Kay

Wendy is a Fashion Business expert and educator, with over  10 years of experience in the Fashion Buying industry, spent working for some of the biggest fashion retail brands on the UK High Street, followed by building and running her own business.

Wendy’s fashion career began with studying Fashion & Textile design, followed by a B.A. (Hons) in Fashion Design and Promotion, finishing with a post-graduate research M.A. in Fashion & Textile studies.

As well as lecturing in Fashion Business & Entrepreneurship, Fashion Marketing & Promotions, and Fashion Buying – on the CNC fast-track B.A. Fashion Communications & Industry Practice course, Wendy also lectures elsewhere at M.A. level in Fashion Promotions & Media, Fashion & Textile Design, and Fashion Management with Marketing and Fashion Industry Pathways.

Wendy is passionate about homegrown British brands with heritage and provenance, beautifully crafted fashion products and new and exciting opportunities for fashion business and product development within the UK fashion and textile industry.
