Hannah Shakir

Hannah is an experienced editor, copywriter, and journalist specialising in Fashion Media. Starting as a print journalist she has covered lead features and coverstar interviews for titles such as POP, Glass Magazine, Plastique, Wound, and Emirates Woman before moving into digital publishing, editing travel and lifestyle digital publications. 

Alongside this Hannah has worked with brands to create optimised content, social media and managed PR campaigns for luxury fashion brands, beauty e-commerce, fine art e-commerce, adventure travel and entertainment giving her a 360 degree experience of the lifestyle media sector. 

Hannah lectures in; fashion journalism, editing, copywriting, publishing, magazine design, PR & Marketing and digital media and leads the college content on CNC Editorial.

Hannah has a Post Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice alongside Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
