Vogue Intensive Summer Course
The Vogue Intensive Summer Course is a four week programme suitable for students from a wide range of backgrounds, including school leavers and graduates hoping to work in fashion, as well as those who are seeking a new career path.
This course is a concentrated four-week programme that offers a broad introduction to the fashion industry via the lens of British Vogue. As the iconic magazine of every style-conscious generation, this course uses the multifaceted world of Vogue and the wider Condé Nast portfolio (including GQ, Tatler, Love, Glamour, etc.) to give students a unique insight into the fashion industry today.
Although British Vogue acts as the catalyst for a deeper exploration of the world of fashion, this course also draws upon the broader influences that inform this fast-paced and exciting industry. The course will touch on everything from journalism, PR, marketing, advertising, styling, art direction, retail and the international fashion calendar. London provides the backdrop to this intensive study programme, with visits to galleries, events and exhibitions contributing to an exceptional experience.
What better lens than the Condé Nast family of magazines and digital platforms to explore the major themes in fashion? The course is an intensive study programme with classes and activities Monday through Friday, from approximately 10am to 5pm. Lectures delivered by fashion academics will be supplemented by presentations and workshops from Condé Nast staff and leading industry specialists.
