This course is taught at Richmond the American International University in London (Richmond Business School), the only university in the UK that awards two degrees in one – US and UK taught postgraduate degrees.
The MA in Luxury Brand Management is offered in conjunction with our partner Richmond Business School and utilises the knowledge and expertise of Condé Nast.
The programme aims to encourage students to develop their commercial skills and entrepreneurial talent whilst developing their leadership qualities and ability to think critically and strategically.
MA Luxury Brand Management focuses on emerging trends in luxury brands, marketing strategy and management case studies, delivered in an interactive classroom environment. It provides inspirational lectures from notable alumni and luxury brand industry professionals, as well as a chance to visit luxury brand headquarters and fashion houses in London.
For more than 100 years, Condé Nast has been synonymous with engaging, visually arresting and innovative publishing with a focus on luxury. Titles such as Tatler, GQ, World of Interiors and Vogue all work closely with their luxury advertisers and our contract publishing division creates content for some of the world’s leading luxury brands, including; Ferrari, Swarovski, Mercedes-Benz and Mandarin Oriental Hotels.
This MA is an internationally recognised qualification validated by the Richmond, The American International University in London, worth 180 credits at QCF level 7.

Our MA in Luxury Brand Management provides you with key strategic marketing and management skills, with specific focus on delivering knowledge in luxury brand management, branding, positioning, audience and market segmentation, new product launches and the acquisition of marketing channels.
Throughout your degree you will be studying the following modules:

- Strategic Luxury Brand Management
- Consumer Culture Theory and Insight
- Advertising, PR & Sponsorship
- Emerging Market Trends
Plus, one of the following options:
- Luxury Product and Service Design
- Management Negotiation
- Digital and Social Media Management
- Entrepreneurship and Project Planning
In your final semester you will focus on one of the following options:
- Internship with Market Strategy Report
- Extended Market Strategy Report
For this course you will need to apply via the Richmond University website.
You will need to hold a first degree in any discipline with a minimum classification of 2.2 (Lower Second Class Honours) or its international equivalent in order to apply.
